Curious about the cats - would sniff them, then back away, and later
would make another pass to check them out. When the cats were
stationary, she would turn away and not make eye contact. When they
weren't looking at her, she would do a quick sniff and then move on.

Oswald Cobblepot and Miti Mint Julip. UPDATE: She is now at our east
kennel in Tulsa. She is calm and sweet when being petted, but she LOVES
to play when it’s time. She was the only one in the east kennel who
didn’t stand up on the gate when visitors arrived. I guess you could say
she is really polite. Java doesn't like to be left out of the action.
She gets anxious if she sees the other dogs out in the exercise yard and
she hasn't gotten her turn yet. Once she gets the attention she expects,
then she's fine.

This sweet girl has 17 races and 16 pups registered. She is cat safe and
was fine with our whippet and italian greyhound. Coolbreeze has a
luxurious coat and gorgeous white eyelashes. She is SO sweet and loving
that there is nothing cool about her. She deserves a home where she can
be pampered and live out her last years in the comfort she should have.
UPDATE: Breeze is an insta-wonderful-pet. She walks on a leash as though
she has done it every day of her life. She enjoys riding in the car. She
has not had one accident in the house in the four days she has been
here. She can be out of her crate several hours during the day and at
night without any accidents. Right now, she doesn’t sleep through the
night. She gets up a couple of times to get drinks, but then goes back
to her bed and lies back down.
She would like to be
cat-friendly, but she has had two unfortunate encounters with cats who
didn’t want to be friendly with her, so she gives them wide berth (she
found out they hurt sometimes…). She is more than willing to be friends
with dogs, but she does not like dogs who jump all over in her face and
space (nor would we!) She let the young Italian greyhound know that she
did not appreciate his "in your face" approach.
Breeze is a dream dog. She needs no breaking in, apparently no
house-training, and she has evidenced NO bad habits yet. She doesn’t
mess up furniture (she won’t get up on the couch even with an
invitation), she doesn't slobber, and she doesn't tear up anything. The
most destructive thing she has done thus far has been to eat a little
sloppily (and face it-- some of our own people family members aren't so
great in that category, either!). She prefers a bed over her bed, but
she will dutifully go to her dog bed if a people bed is not an option.
She definitely prefers to have a fan blowing on her when she sleeps, but
that's negotiable. There must be a close-to-perfect family for this
close-to-perfect senior lady. Is it yours? Offspring of Molotov and
