UPCOMING EVENTS FOR OUR GROUP:

May 5 - Northwest Haul - 50 dogs

For years the Greyhound and Italian Greyhound communities have been
feuding about "the chicken and the egg". Some say that IGs were bred
"down" from Greyhounds while others claim that Greyhounds were bred "up"
from IGs. The truth is....who cares!!!! But it's nice to have something
fun to feud about. At least we enjoy good-hearted banter. Both
communities are best friends!!!! UNLIKE THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS!!!
Those people feud over everything. It's gotten to the point where I have
realized that our dogs could form a better government than any group of
human politicians!!!!

THEREFORE.....take a look at the Canine Election!

WE ARE IN THE NEWS!

Please click here to read the article of how four adoption groups are working together to help move dogs!

Senior Specials
We have created a Senior Specials page to showcase items that have been donated specifically for our seniors. Need a coat for your hound? This is where you will find lovingly made coats, with 100% of the money going directly to our group! We have a brand new page just for collars! We have just added handmade cards! Please click here to check out our Senior Specials!

Please look at our Seniors page to see our available dogs that are seven years older or older that are looking for their forever home.

Thanks for making a difference!

Our east kennel in Tulsa

Our Kennel Needs

We generally have anywhere from 13-18 dogs that are being held in our east kennel, while our west kennel holds eight dogs and is always full. We have a team of volunteers that take care of the east kennel each week, and we pay only $200 per month for our west kennel. To keep each kennel running smoothly, here are some things that would help us out:

* Adams Flea and Tick Shampoo * Flea collars * Pine Sol * Laundry detergent * Old towels * Missing Link nutritional supplement * Pill Pockets * Diamond Dry Dog Food - chicken and rice * Pro Plan canned food - chicken and rice OR salmon and rice * Dog toys * Dog treats * Dog Cots * Gas cards for transport

Thank you so very much!

We have new business partners that will donate a portion of their proceeds to our group! Please check out our related links page - support these business and help the greyhounds as well!
Meet and Greets

Meet and Greets provide people the opportunity to meet a greyhound and to introduce our adoption group.

Check out the current schedule with information about our Meet and Greets on our events page as well as photos throughout the year.

If you are interested in donating a few hours once a month at a Meet and Greet, please contact Diane to schedule your date and time.

Tulsa Kennel Help

Our East kennel comes with many responsibilities. We need help during the week, either daytime or evening. If you or any one you know would like to come and help with feeding, bathing, or cleaning up after the dogs, please contact Erin about setting up a time to help. It can be just one hour, two hours or whatever you can spare!

Or, if you would like to contribute financially to help with the kennel, please click on the "Donate" button below. Remember, this gift is tax deductible!
