Precious Paws Adorned, Inc. is a Tulsa-based company that was started in
January 2004 by Pam Smucker and Kathleen Gilbreath. Smucker and
Gilbreath taught middle school together for thirteen years in the Tulsa
area. Now they have "Gilbreath and Smucker Original Designs" for canines
through their newly formed company, Precious Paws Adorned, Inc. Pam Smucker had the opportunity to adopt Hawkeye Tanya from Halfway Home Greyhound in September 2004. After an inspirational trip to Vermont, she returned and created a one-of-a-kind coat with her friend Kathleen, for Tanya. Kathleen Gilbreath had been developing her sewing skills for several years and was happy to help with the endeavor, and after some more inspiration and some prayer, Precious Paws Adorned was formed. Since adopting Tanya, Pam has also adopted Cruce from HHGA in December 2004, and an Italian Greyhound named Gibbs in August 2005. Each provides inspiration for the continual development of new items in the product line. While originally made for Pam's greyhounds, Precious Paws Adorned has the privilege of adorning canines of various breeds and sizes. |

Coats: These are one-of-a-kind
designed dog coats made from human coats. Each is named and comes with a
Certificate of Authenticity. Coats are adorned with fringe, beads and
buttons to fit the personality of your dog! You can special order one,
or you may purchase one from the samples already made if the size is
right for your dog. Please contact us for the price and the specific
measurements of the coats that are shown on our coat page. We would
love to
hear from you!The complete package comes with the designer dog coat in a decorative trunk with a picture frame made to match the coat, a leash holder, and a dog cookie cutter. The dog coats can be customed ordered, and prices do vary depending on the materials that are used on each coat. And remember, there will never be one just like it---they are a family heirloom for each generation of dogs in your life! "Stoles": Neckwear made from faux fur in various colors adorned with buttons, beads, fringe, and whatever else makes them look unique and special! Breathtakingly beautiful for the dog that must have that special one-of-a-kind look!!!!!! "Furwraps": Neckwear made from sherpa and adorned with buttons, beads, fringe, and whatever else makes them look unique and special! This is American folk art at its best for that special dog!!!! |
